Vordel Analyst Paper on Policy-Driven SOA

Following the ZapThink event yesterday evening, this morning I re-read the ZapNote paper on Vordel. It focuses on policy management, and asserts that "policies are as important to SOA as Services themselves, and they should be managed throughout their lifecycles as such".
